When Makram Rabbath saw the make-shift warehouse set in a heritage building on a charming (and then quiet) street in Gemmayzeh, he immediately knew this would be where his dream would become a reality!   And thus began a labour of love, which seven years later is now Le Petit Gris – one of the city’s favorite French bistro & wine bar, ever buzzing with locals and their guests.
