Fresh, light & genuine Lebanese cuisine in an inviting atmosphere
Being a resident of the Mathaf area, Samia Massoud realized that her hood was lacking in restaurants with life and a boost. After learning a handful of Lebanese recipes from her mother she went on to transform her home-based catering company into a restaurant in an area at the edge of Beirut where it became the perfect destination for the many of the nearby office worker, from bankers to lawyers and medical doctors.
Due to its fresh, light and genuine Lebanese cuisine, Mum & I has now become a must-stop for many of the staff from the nearby foreign embassies as well as business travelers visiting Beirut; many diners take this experience back home with and share all sorts of Lebanese home cooked food, appetizers and desserts with their families and friends anywhere in the world.
