The Brazil-Lebanon Cultural Center is part of the Brazilian Embassy in Beirut.
Founded on April 27, 2011, it has become Lebanon’s main Portuguese language school having as its main objective promoting the Portuguese Language, the Brazilian literature and other aspects of the Brazilian culture through various activities, with around 150 students in its courses in each module, and a reference for Brazilian culture in Lebanon, with more than ten thousand participants at your events each year.
The Brazilian Cultural Centre, which renovated and preserved a heritage villa in Achrafieh (Mar Mitr St) is serving as a link between the two countries and regularly hosting Rio style parties, Brazilian movies, talks, cultural exchange, and today marks the opening of Brazilian Street Art exhibition.
