Emergency Room

Ready-to-wear clothes designed & ethically produced In Lebanon

Stemming from the belief that fashion production processes urgently need to change, Emergency Room utilizes a sustainable and ethical alternative way to create clothes.  They use unique vintage materials and dead stock fabrics that are locally sourced to create one-of-a-kind pieces, providing a conscious and authentic ready-to-wear-line.

The founder & designer at EmergencyRoom, Eric Mathieu Ritter had this to say: “100% of the time someone younger asks me for advice, they ask: what does it take to be a good designer?
Well I don’t know about being a good designer…. But I can definitely tell you a thing or two about what makes a great brand.”

When the crisis hit Lebanon, Eric feared having to shut down the brand, envisioned his dreams crash and the whole company crumbling.
But wherever he went, he was lifted by kind words, a friendly smile and a lending hand pushing him to not give up.  This led him to create a brand that would be fiercely Lebanese, a brand that would look like us, that would be beautiful in its chaos, strong in its diversity, a brand that comes together only because of the multiple people that decided to make it happen.
